England, Jr. 18 19 Defendants. 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 ORDER GRANTING PLTF’S REQUEST TO SEAL 1 Plaintiff requested an order allowing it to file under seal an unredacted version of his 2 Response to FCA US LLC’s Motion for Stay of Proceedings because these materials contain 3 information the parties or third-parties have designated “CONFIDENTIAL” pursuant to the 4 Stipulated Protective Order. (Dkt. No. 19). 5 This Court determines that there are compelling reasons to protect the confidentiality of the 6 information contained in the above-referenced materials and hereby GRANTS Plaintiff’s request 7 and directs the Clerk of the Court to file under seal the complete, unredacted versions of the above- 8 referenced materials. These documents shall remain under seal indefinitely, pending further order 9 of this Court. 10 11 IT IS SO ORDERED.
