England, Jr. 15 FCA US LLC f/k/a CHRYSLER GROUP LLC, a Delaware Corporation, and DOES 1 through 100, 16 inclusive , 17 Defendants 18 Defendant FCA US LLC requested (ECF No. 185) an order allowing it to file under seal an 19 20 unredacted version of the information in and attached to Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment 21 because it contains information the parties or third-parties have designated “CONFIDENTIAL” 22 pursuant to the Stipulated Protective Order entered in this case. 23 This Court determines that there are sufficient reasons to protect the confidentiality of the 24 information contained in the above-referenced document and hereby GRANTS Defendant’s request 25 26 and directs the Clerk of the Court to file under seal the complete, unredacted version of the above- 27 referenced document. 28 /// 1 The above referenced document shall be sealed for a period of one year from the date this 2 Order is electronically filed.
