a case status report every sixty days, advising the court of the progress of his state habeas petition.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that within seven days of the filing of this

order, petitioner shall show good cause why he should not be sanctioned for failing to comply
22
with the December 18, 2018 order. Prompt filing of a case status report will be deemed full
23
compliance with this order and will automatically discharge the order to show cause. Failure to
24
timely comply with this order shall result in the imposition of appropriate sanctions.
