On October 23, 2018, this Court entered an order granting Plaintiff E*Healthline, Inc. (“EHL”) leave to file an amended complaint with twenty (20) days. Dkt. 38. 4 2. Twenty days from October 23, 2018, is November 12, 2018. Veterans Day, a 5 federal holiday occurring on November 11, 2018, will be observed on November 12, 2018. The 6 deadline for EHL to file an amended complaint is therefore November 13, 2018. See Fed. R. E*Healthline.com, Inc., case no. 2:17-cv-02672-MCE-EFB (E.D. Cal.) and 18-16917 (9th Cir.), EHL and Defendant Pharmaniaga 10 Berhad (“Pharmaniaga”) participated in a 9th Circuit Mediation Assessment on November 6, 11 2018, in which the parties agreed as a professional courtesy to extend EHL’s time to file an 12 amended complaint in this action to November 16, 2018, in order to facilitate that discussion. 13 14 15 16 4. EHL and Pharmaniaga believe that it would be appropriate to permit additional time to file an amended complaint. 5.
