Docket No. 21. -1Joint Status Report; Order Thereon 1 Plaintiffs Service Joy Corporation, Rakesh Reddy, and Ashika Reddy, 2 through their counsel Natalia Asbill-Bearor, Perkins Asbill, and Defendant YGM 3 Franchise, LLC, through its counsel John Kinn, Segal & Associates, PC, have 4 continued significant settlement negotiations, and the parties have reached an 5 agreement in principle. Counsel anticipate resolving the details of a written 6 settlement agreement and submitting a voluntary dismissal to the Court within 7 the next sixty days. Plaintiffs and their franchised businesses subject to the 8 settlement are located in the State of Washington and Sacramento, California, 9 while Defendant franchisor is located in the State of South Carolina.
