Petitioner Jose Jesus Acevedo Saavedra has been appointed as the

24 Guardian ad Litem for S.A.A.S in the Superior Court of California, County of San
25 Francisco, Case No. CGC-18-564288 (Acevedo-Sevilla v. Dignity Health, et al.)

Plaintiff S.A.A.S has a cause of action against the above-named

27 defendants upon which an action is pending in this Court.

Plaintiff has no guardian of her estate.

7 Acevedo Saavedra, confirming his intent and capacity to serve as Plaintiff S.A.A.S’s
