informed court that pltfs’ are not present as stated on the record. Pltfs’ objected
to defense calling Officer Sanchez as stated on the record. Defense addressed
the court as to pltfs’ objection. Court addressed counsel as stated on the record.

discussion, Court designated witness as expert in police practices, procedure
