On February 22, 2021, plaintiff filed a request for reconsideration of the magistrate
18
judge’s order filed February 9, 2021, imposing sanctions. Pursuant to E.D. Local Rule 303(f), a
19
magistrate judge’s orders shall be upheld unless “clearly erroneous or contrary to law.” Id. Upon
20
review of the entire file, the court finds that it does not appear that the magistrate judge’s ruling
21
was clearly erroneous or contrary to law.

Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, upon reconsideration (ECF No. 102), the
order of the magistrate judge filed February 9, 2021 (ECF No. 88), is affirmed.
