Defendants Cota and Reilly filed a motion to modify the court’s order of service and set a

new briefing schedule. ECF No. 51. The court has read and considered defendants’ motion and

the accompanying declaration of counsel, and finds that good cause exists to grant the motion.

Accordingly, defendants’ motion, ECF No. 51, is GRANTED. The deadline for defendants
23
to file a responsive pleading is set to 30 days after this court makes a ruling on defendants’ motion
24
to revoke plaintiff’s in forma pauperis status, if the court denies defendants’ motion.
