ORDER KILOLO KIJAKAZI, Commissioner of Social Security, Defendant. 16 17 Plaintiff seeks judicial review of a final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security 18 19 (“Commissioner”) denying an application for Disability Income Benefits (“DIB”) under Title II 20 of the Social Security Act (“Act”). 21 On December 6, 2021, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations herein 22 which contained notice to the parties that any objections to the findings and recommendations 23 were to be filed within fourteen days. Neither party has filed objections. The court has reviewed 24 the file and finds the findings and recommendations to be supported by the record and by the 25 magistrate judge’s analysis. 26 //// 27 //// 28 //// 1 1 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDRED that: 2 1. Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment (ECF No. 17) is DENIED; 3 2. The Commissioner’s cross-motion for summary judgment (ECF No. 20) is 4 GRANTED; and 5 3.
