2024, at 9:00 a.m., in order to allow the parties to continue engaging in informal settlement

negotiations and, potentially, to settle this case without Court intervention. If the parties reach an

agreement in advance of the continued settlement conference, the parties shall promptly file a

24

Notice of Settlement in accordance with Local Rule 160. Otherwise, the parties’ settlement

25

conference statements shall be filed at least seven days before the date of the continued settlement
