CALIFORNIA HEALTH CARE FACILITY, et al., 16 Defendants. 17 18 Plaintiff, a prisoner proceeding pro se, brings this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 19 § 1983. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to Eastern District 20 of California local rules. 21 On October 18, 2021, the Magistrate Judge filed findings and recommendations herein 22 which were served on the parties and which contained notice that the parties may file objections 23 within the time specified therein. (ECF No. 19.) Timely objections to the findings and 24 recommendations have been filed. (ECF No. 20.) 25 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(C) and Local Rule 304(f), this 26 Court has conducted a de novo review of this case.
