The stay will be automatically lifted thirty 5 (30) days from the date of the mediation, unless a request for extension is filed 6 with the Court. The parties will apprise the Court of the status of the case by way 7 of Joint Report/Stipulation within 30 days of the mediation date. If the case is not 8 resolved at mediation, Plaintiff will have ten (10) days from the date the Stay is 9 lifted to file and serve rebuttal expert disclosures, and file for leave to amend the 10 Compliant.
