The parties may depose inmate-witness Cody Taylor within thirty days of this order; 22 2. The parties must file any motions relating to Taylor’s deposition testimony within 23 fourteen days of the deposition; 24 3. The expert disclosure deadline is extended to January 16, 2024; 25 4. The supplemental discovery deadline is extended to April 12, 2024; and 26 5.
