Plaintiff filed a motion for extension of time to file an opposition to defendant’s motion

for summary judgment filed on August 2, 2024. Good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY
19
ORDERED that:

1. Plaintiff’s motion for an extension of time (ECF No. 60) is granted; and
21
2. Plaintiff is granted forty-five days from the date of this order in which to file an
22
opposition to defendant’s motion for summary judgment. Failure to file an opposition within
23
forty-five days will result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed.
