Based on that 2 date, the parties are to meet and confer and prepare a Joint Status Report by February 3, 2023. 3 Defendants have a motion to dismiss scheduled for hearing on February 17, 2023. The legal 4 defenses raised by the motion so pervade the case as to render impracticable any meaningful 5 scheduling prior to their resolution. Given the pending motion, the parties request that the Status 6 (Pretrial Scheduling) Conference be continued until at least 60 days after Defendants answer the 7 operative complaint, which interval would give counsel the time and ability to ascertain the work 8 required to resolve the disputed facts and any further legal issues. 9 IT IS SO STIPULATED. 10 11 Dated: January 11, 2023 ANGELO, KILDAY & KILDUFF, LLP 12 /s/ William J.
