(ECF No. 24.) Plaintiff is advised that information regarding the 20 parties’ settlement discussions is considered confidential and should not be filed on the public 21 docket. This court will order the Clerk to file plaintiff’s January 9 filing under seal. Plaintiff’s January 9 filing indicates that he would like to engage in further settlement 22 23 discussions. This court will order defendant to file a response to plaintiff’s January 9 filing by 24 informing the court whether he feels a settlement conference would be helpful at this time. 25 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 26 1.
