With the Court’s approval, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and between the parties,

through their respective counsel of record, that the time for Defendant to file the Certified

Administrative Record be extended thirty (30) days from July 25, 2022, up to and including

4

August 24, 2022. This is the parties’ first request for an extension. Defendant respectfully

5

requests that the Court find good cause because the record is not yet prepared and available for

6

filing. Defendant apologizes for the timing of this filing, an extension request was prepared and

7

approved for filing prior to the deadline, but undersigned defense counsel inadvertently failed to

8

file the stipulation and proposed order prior to going on leave.
