referral from the assigned District Judge, the matter is set for an initial status/scheduling

conference before the undersigned in Redding, California, on May 3, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. On or

before April 26, 2023, the parties shall meet and confer and file with the Court a joint scheduling

22

conference statement consistent with Eastern District of California Local Rule 240(a). Any

23

requests for remote appearance must be filed in writing concurrent with the joint scheduling
