This matter was referred to a 17 18 United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to Local Rule 302(c)(21). On December 28, 2023, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations herein 19 20 which contained notice that any objections to the findings and recommendations were to be filed 21 within fourteen days. (ECF No. 4.) The time to file objection has passed, and Plaintiff did not 22 file objections to the findings and recommendations. In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(C) and Local Rule 304, this 23 24 Court conducted a de novo review of this case. Having carefully reviewed this matter, the Court 25 finds the findings and recommendations to be supported by the record and by proper analysis. 26 /// 27 /// 28 /// 1 1 2 3 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows: 1.
