ORDER ALIASGHAR MOHYUDDIN, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 Plaintiff, a prisoner proceeding pro se, brings this civil rights action pursuant to 17 18 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 19 Eastern District of California local rules. On January 29, 2025, the Magistrate Judge filed findings and recommendations 20 21 herein which were served on the parties, and which contained notice that the parties may file 22 objections within the time specified therein. No objections to the findings and recommendations 23 have been filed. The Court has reviewed the file and finds the findings and recommendations to be 24 25 supported by the record and the Magistrate Judge’s analysis. 26 /// 27 /// 28 /// 1 1 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows: 2 1. 3 The findings and recommendations filed January 29, 2025, ECF No. 27, are adopted in full. 4 2. Defendants’ partial motion to dismiss, ECF No. 22, is granted. 5 3.
