JEFF MACOMBER, et al., 15 ORDER Defendants. 16 Plaintiff, a state prisoner proceeding pro se, has filed a civil rights action pursuant to 42 17 18 U.S.C. § 1983. In his complaint, plaintiff alleges violations of his civil rights by defendants and 19 seeks both damages for past wrongs and injunctive relief concerning his current conditions of 20 confinement. Plaintiff’s current place of confinement is in Kings County which is part of the 21 Fresno Division of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. See 22 Local Rule 120(d). None of the past wrongs alleged by plaintiff occurred within the confines of 23 the Sacramento Division. Pursuant to Local Rule 120(f), a civil action which has not been commenced in the proper 24 25 division of a court may, on the court’s own motion, be transferred to the proper division of the 26 court. In light of the foregoing, this action will be transferred to the Fresno Division of the court. 27 ///// 28 ///// 1 1 Good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 2 1.
