Plaintiff Frank Ramos (“Plaintiff”), a prisoner proceeding pro se, brings this civil rights
18
action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge
19
pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302.
20
On November 18, 2024, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations herein
21
which were served on the parties, and which contained notice that the parties may file objections
22
within the time specified therein. (ECF No. 11.) No objections to the findings and
23
recommendations have been filed.
24
The Court has reviewed the file and finds the findings and recommendations to be
25
supported by the record and the magistrate judge’s analysis.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:

The Findings and Recommendations filed November 18, 2024 (ECF No. 11), are
ADOPTED IN FULL;

This action is DISMISSED without prejudice for lack of prosecution and failure to
comply with court rules and orders; and

The Clerk of the Court is directed to enter judgment and close this file.
