ORDER AND UNKNOWN, 15 No. 2:24-cv-1932 CKD P FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS Defendants. 16 On July 19, 2024, plaintiff was ordered to submit a completed in forma pauperis 17 18 application including a certified copy of his inmate trust account statement within thirty days. 19 Plaintiff was warned that failure to do so would result in a recommendation that this action be 20 dismissed. The thirty-day period has now expired, and plaintiff has not responded to the court’s 21 order. 22 23 24 25 Accordingly, IT IS HHEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court assign a district court judge to this case; and IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without prejudice. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). 26 These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District Judge 27 assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l). Within fourteen days 28 after being served with these findings and recommendations, plaintiff may file written objections 1 1 with the court. Such a document should be captioned “Objections to Magistrate Judge’s Findings 2 and Recommendations.” Plaintiff is advised that failure to file objections within the specified 3 time may waive the right to appeal the District Court’s order.
