STIPULATION AND ORDER FOR SECOND
EXTENSION OF TIME
v.
MICHAEL GOLDMAN, ET AL.,
15
Defendants.
16
17
The Defendants respectfully request a second extension of time in which to respond to the
18 Complaint, and counsel for Plaintiff does not oppose. This case concerns the visa application of
19 Plaintiff’s husband. The visa case of Plaintiff’s husband is currently pending under administrative
20 processing, following a July 2021 consular interview. The State Department continues its work to
21 resolve the administrative processing. The parties anticipate that this lawsuit will soon be rendered moot
22 once the Department of State completes its adjudication of the visa case.
