Plaintiff, a prisoner proceeding pro se, brings this civil rights action pursuant to
18
42 U.S.C. § 1983. While Plaintiff has submitted a copy of his prison trust account statement,
19
Plaintiff has not filed a complete application to proceed in forma pauperis with the required
20
declaration under 28 U.S.C. §§ 1914(a), 1915(a), (a)(2). Plaintiff will be provided the
21
opportunity to submit either a completed application to proceed in forma pauperis or pay the
22
appropriate filing fee. Plaintiff is warned that failure to resolve the fee status of this case within
23
the time provided may result in the dismissal of this action for lack of prosecution and failure to
24
comply with court rules and orders. See Local Rule 110.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
