Such supplemental brief will be filed by September 22, 2009 and the arguments contained, therein, will be limited to a response to the arguments stated on pages 26 to 30 of plaintiff's points and authorities. 3. Plaintiffs may file a two page Memorandum of Points and Authorities in Reply to the Supplemental Opposition filed by defendant.
