Pursuant to Court order entered December 15, 2011, this case was scheduled for a case

management conference on April 3, 2012. (Docket No. 2.) Plaintiffs failed to appear for the

18

conference. Accordingly, on April 4, 2012, the Court entered an order requiring Plaintiffs to show

19

cause why this action should not be dismissed for lack of prosecution. The matter came on for

20

hearing on May 1, 2012, at 1:30 p.m. The Court heard and has considered the arguments of the

21

parties. Good cause appearing, the Order to Show Cause is HEREBY DISCHARGED.
