The court denied plaintiff’s 15 motion to proceed in forma pauperis finding that he had three or more strikes and was not under 16 imminent danger of serious physical injury. Plaintiff was ordered to pay the full filing fee within 17 twenty-eight days, or the case would be dismissed. Plaintiff has not paid the filing fee, but did file 18 a notice of change of address. 1 Because plaintiff has not paid the filing fee, despite being 19 provided additional time this action is DISMISSED. The Clerk shall close the case. IT IS SO ORDERED. 20 21 Dated: April 4, 2017 ________________________ NANDOR J. VADAS United States Magistrate Judge 22 23 24 25 1 26 27 28 In the complaint, plaintiff alleged that he was assaulted while at San Francisco County Jail and defendants were employed by that facility. Plaintiff argued that he was transferred to California Medical Facility and was in danger there. The court noted that he had filed a separate case regarding that facility and none of the defendants in this case were employed there. Plaintiff has now been transferred to Coalinga State Hospital and there are no allegations or defendants in this complaint related to that facility.
