Pursuant to Section VII of the Consent Decree in this case, which provides that "This 23 Consent Decree shall terminate after EPA fulfills its obligations under this Consent Decree, at which 24 time the Complaint shall be dismissed with prejudice," and pursuant to the parties' Notice of 25 Termination of Consent Decree, filed herewith, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS: 26 1. EPA has fulfilled all of its obligations under the Consent Decree in this case, and the 27 Consent Decree is now TERMINATED. 28
