The parties stipulate that any logistical problems involving the v id e o c o n f e re n c in g must be resolved by plaintiffs' counsel. If Mr. Wright is not able to tes tify through the Receiver's videoconferencing system, defendants will not agree to a llo w him to testify through his deposition.
