The parties stipulate that any logistical problems involving the v id e o c o n f e re n c in g must be resolved by plaintiffs' counsel. If Mr. Blake is not able to tes tify through the Receiver's videoconferencing system, defendants will not agree to a llo w h im to te s tif y th ro u g h his deposition.
