Pursuant to the stipulation and order concerning RSIP benchmarks filed on July 8,

13 2010, the Court sets the following schedule:
14

1. The Court Monitor shall issue an Annual Trends Report no later than October 31,

15 2013.
16

2. By November 22, 2013, the parties shall meet and confer regarding proposed

17 interventions for each of the items for which the District was found noncompliant, and seek
18 to come to an agreement on the appropriate intervention for each noncompliant item.
19

3. If resolution cannot be reached on an appropriate intervention for any noncompliant

20 items, such dispute shall be submitted to the Court Monitor no later than November 26,
21 2013.

4. By December 4, 2013, the Court Monitor shall make a determination regarding the

23 appropriate intervention for each noncompliant item.

5. The parties shall file status conference statements no later than December 11, 2013.

25 In these statements, the parties shall raise any issues they would like to address at the status
26 conference. Any request by a party that the Court review the Court Monitor’s determinations
27 regarding appropriate interventions shall also be made in the status conference statement.

6. The Court will hold a status conference at 10:30 a.m. on December 18, 2013, in

2 Courtroom 2, 17th Floor of 450 Golden Gate Avenue in San Francisco. If a party has
3 requested that the Court review the Court Monitor’s determinations regarding interventions,
4 the Court will hear oral argument during the status conference.
