[PROPOSED] ORDER TO DISBURSE FUNDS PAID INTO THE COURT BY DEFENDANT RUSSELL FAUST TO THE UNITED STATES TREASURY Plaintiff Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Commission") filed an Application for

4 an Order directing that the funds paid into the Court by defendant Russell Faust, pursuant to the Final 5 Judgment of Permanent Injunction and Other Legal and Equitable Relief, entered on May 26, 1998, 6 be disbursed to the United States Treasury. 7 Good cause appearing from the Commission's papers, it is therefore ordered that the Clerk of
