The Court has reviewed the billing records submitted by Edward Swanson for

13

January 2017, February 2017, and related work performed in 2016, and finds the requested

14

amounts reasonable to pay. Accordingly, the City shall deposit $22,960.00 into the

15

registry for this action within seven calendar days, and the Clerk shall disburse $22,960.00

16

to Swanson and McNamara, LLP, once those funds have been received. Any interest

17

accruing on funds deposited in the registry for this action shall be disbursed to the City of

18

Oakland at the conclusion of this case.
