The Court has reviewed the billing records submitted by Edward Swanson for

13

March and April 2017 and finds the requested amounts reasonable to pay. Accordingly,

14

the City shall deposit $71,485.30 into the registry for this action within seven calendar

15

days, and the Clerk shall disburse $71,485.30 to Swanson and McNamara, LLP, once those

16

funds have been received. Any interest accruing on funds deposited in the registry for this

17

action shall be disbursed to the City of Oakland at the conclusion of this case.
