City of Oakland, et al., Case No. C00-4599 TEH 1 THE PARTIES, BY AND THROUGH THEIR COUNSEL OF RECORD, DO HEREBY 1 2 STIPULATE, AGREE AND REQUEST THAT the Court set the following briefing and hearing 3 schedule for the Court to hear plaintiff's motion to initiate receivership proceedings in this 4 action: 5 6 7 1.
