All plantiffs, on behalf of themselves individually and on behalf of any and all class members, STIPULATE pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a) that this action is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE against defendant San Francisco Sheriff Michael Hennessey in his individual and official capacities.
