As a 13 preliminary matter, it does not appear that the defendants' June 23, 2014 communication with the 14 plaintiff violated FOIA. But even if it did, it would not also be a violation of Judge Walker's April 15 2005 order, which did not enjoin the defendants from sending that type of communication in 16 response to future FOIA requests. 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 IT IS SO ORDERED.
