Upon consideration of the stipulation, it is hereby ORDERED that: Plaintiffs shall file their brief opposing Defendant's motion on September 7, 2004. Plaintiff's brief shall be limited to 40 pages. Defendant shall file its reply brief on October 8, 2004. Defendant's brief shall be limited to 30 pages.
