No. 108 Having reviewed the parties’ proposed Case Management Order, the Court directs the parties as follows: 18 (1) Respondent shall lodge the state court record by February 10, 2023. 19 (2) Petitioner shall file an Amended Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus by June 22, 2023. 20 (3) Respondent shall file his Answer to Petitioner’s Amended Writ of Habeas Corpus by 21 January 29, 2024. 22 (4) Petitioner shall file his Reply to Respondent’s Answer to Petitioner’s Amended Petition 23 for Writ of Habeas Corpus by April 29, 2024. 24 (5) Respondent shall file a Supplemental Brief on the Application of Procedural Bars by 25 July 29, 2024. 26 (6) Petitioner shall file his Response to Respondent’s Supplemental Brief on the 27 Application of Procedural Bars by October 28, 2024. 28 (7) Respondent shall file his Reply to Respondent’s Response to his Supplemental Brief on Case 3:05-cv-01870-SI Document 109 Filed 01/31/23 Page 2 of 2 1 the Application of Procedural Bars by January 27, 2025. 2 (8) Subsequent briefing will be scheduled once the Court issues a ruling on Petitioner’s 3 Supplemental Brief on the Application of Procedural Bars. 4 IT IS SO ORDERED. 5 6 7 Dated: January 31, 2023 ______________________________________ SUSAN ILLSTON United States District Judge 8 9 10 United States District Court Northern District of California 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 2
