On July 9, 2013, the Court issued an order based on the parties’ stipulation to 3 4 continue the stay of this case. 5 2. A status conference is scheduled for August 23, 2013. 6 3. As we have previously reported, the United States and Defendants have reached an 7 agreement in principle on settling the above-captioned case. 4. The parties are continuing to negotiate the terms of the resolution of this matter. 8 9 Since the last status report, progress has been made but the parties need additional time to 10 complete the process and request that the Court reschedule the August 23, 2013 status 11 conference to September 6, 2013, with another status report due on August 30, 2013. 5.
