ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE Respondent must file and serve upon petitioner, on or before 12/1/2005, an answer showing cause why a writ of habeas corpus should not be issued. If petitioner wishes to respond to the answer, he must do so by filing a traverse w ith the Court and serving it on respondent on or before 12/19/05. If the petitioner wish to modify this schedule, they may do so by joint stipulation.
