No. 368); WHEREAS Civil Local Rule 7-2(a) requires the motion to be noticed for hearing not less than 35 days after service of the motion; ACCORDINGLY, Plaintiffs American Council of the Blind, et al., and Defendants Michael Astrue and the Social Security Administration, pursuant to Civil Local Rule 6-2, hereby STIPULATE to shortening the time under Civil Local Rule 7-2(a) for the hearing on the parties' Motion on the following grounds: Case3:05-cv-04696-WHA Document373 Filed03/25/10 Page2 of 5 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 1. Defendants' Motion seeks relief from a compliance deadline currently set for April 15, 2010, and the standard 35-day notice period would require Defendants' Motion to be noticed for hearing on April 29, 2010. 2. The standard 35-day notice period is unnecessary in this instance because the parties also agree to submit any subsequent briefing on Defendants' Motion on an expedited schedule. 3. Shortening the time to hear the parties' Motion alone will have no effect on other deadlines in this case. 4.
