follows: On April 5, 2006 the action by plaintiff GREGER against BUHL was ordered to binding arbitration pursuant to the arbitration clause in the Towage Contract. On April 4th 2008 the arbitration panel returned its decision and award and on April 24th, 2008 the arbitration panel rendered its clarification of the award. A true and correct copy of the award and clarification are attached hereto, respectively, as Exhibits 1 and 2.
