Schwarzenegger in Contempt for Failure to Appoint Statewide Dental Director" (collectively "Motions"). The hearing date for Plaintiffs' Motions is currently set for January 30, 2009. In light of the intervening holidays, the parties have agreed to continue the briefing schedule and hearing date on the Motions by two weeks. Therefore, unless the parties further stipulate and/or the Court orders otherwise, the briefing and hearing schedule for the Motions is as follows: 1) 2) 3) Defendants' oppositions are due no later than Friday, January 23, 2009; Plaintiffs' reply briefs are due no later than January 30, 2009; and The hearing on the Motions will take place on February 13, 2009 at 9:00 a.m.
