On May 11, 2012, the Court issued an Order directing Defendants to deposit additional

16

funds with the Clerk of the Court as interim payment of costs. The Court has received a

17

communication from the Finance Office that it has not yet received a deposit. Accordingly,

18

Defendants are HEREBY ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE as to why they have not complied

19

with the Court’s Order dated May 11, 2012. Defendants’ response to the Order to Show Cause

20

shall be due by July 16, 2012. Even if Defendants deposit the required funds prior to that date,

21

the Court still requires a response from the Defendants.
