ORDER RE DECLARATION TO
INITIATE CONTEMPT
PROCEEDINGS
v.
JAMES TILTON, et al.,
Defendants.
/
14
15
On July 18, 2012, Dr. Robert V. Justice filed a declaration, in which he asks this Court
16
to initiate contempt proceedings against the California Department of Corrections and
17
Rehabilitation based on an alleged failure to pay his salary. Based on a review of Dr. Justice’s
18
declaration, it is evident to the Court that his dispute does not raise an issue of whether the
19
CDCR has violated the provisions of the parties’ Amended Stipulation and Order. Accordingly,
20
the Court DENIES his request to initiate contempt proceedings.
21
IT IS SO ORDERED.
