Subject to the approval of the court, the parties hereby respectfully request a case
management conference in the above captioned matter.
On September 28, 2012, the Court ordered Defendant to produce a Vaughn index and, by
minute order, terminated the parties’ cross-motions for summary judgment. Defendant produced a
Vaughn index on October 3, 2012. No further action in the case has occurred since that date.
The parties therefore seek the Court’s guidance on further proceedings in the case. The
parties request that a case management conference be scheduled for July 12, 2013, or as soon
thereafter as is convenient for the Court.
