Having reviewed the parties' stipulated request for a continuance of the trial date and pre-trial conference if the pending motions in this case are not decided by December 31, 2008, and finding good cause therefor, the Court now issues the following ORDER: 1. 2. The trial date shall be continued from March 16, 2009 to May 11, 2009 @ 8:30 a.m. .

The pre-trial conference shall be continued from March 3, 2009 to April 28, 20.09, at 3:30 p m.
